My wife and I started using this product a little over a month ago and we both notice a dramatic impact in our post workout recovery as well as daily well being. The ingredients are top notch. The nutritional counts are high value. And, it just tastes amazing! We can't recommend it enough.

I was recommended these by a friend who said they worked but was still skeptical. After the first couple nights I could tell it was making a difference in my ability to fall asleep faster and get back to sleep faster than normal. I am normally a light sleeper and can have trouble quieting the active mind at night, and these really helped. After the first month was done I tried a few nights without it and immediately noticed a decrease in sleep quality, so I ordered again and will continue to order!

I’m really enjoying my Niyama vanilla protein powder, and as the description, states it’s CLEAN! The taste is pure, fine and blends well with fruits yogurt or whatever I combine it with. After a long time searching for a tolerable protein supplement source I am so pleased to have finally found the right one.

I love this drink. I’ve had it a few times after workouts. If you love coconut and a slight pineapple flavour, you’ll enjoy this drink. Almost tastes like a virgin piña colada. I usually add a bit extra water as it is a little sweet (first time trying anything with monk fruit). Will be repurchasing and recommending as well. I love that the ingredients in Niyama products are clean. The only thing I dislike is the packaging. The bags can make it hard to scoop the products without getting powder on my hands and transferring some to the counter. I may try storing the product in an airtight container for less mess.
