Here's a yummy way to incorporate those cozy flavours into a protein ball. i love keeping these in the fridge or freezer for a quick, healthy snack at home, or on the way out the door.

Here's a yummy way to incorporate those cozy flavours into a protein ball. i love keeping these in the fridge or freezer for a quick, healthy snack at home, or on the way out the door.

Ingredients
1 cup organic GF oats (rolled, not steel cut)
½ cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling)
¼ cup nut or seed butter of your choice
1 scoop Niyama Vanilla Plant Protein
1-2 TBSP maple syrup
1 tsp pumpkin spice mix
½ cup chocolate chips (optional or can sub raisins)
Directions
Combine everything in a mixing bowl leaving the choc chips til last, and mix well
Fold in chocolate chips
Roll into balls (mine made 10) and place in the fridge to chill
these will keep a week in the fridge or a month in the freezer - ours don’t las that long!
